1. Confirm the position of the nose clip after removing the mask. Place the index finger of both hands on top of the nose clip, and place the thumb under the nose clip, gently bend the center of the nose clip. 2. Pull the folded protective mask left and right with both hands. 3. Cover the mouth and nose with an opened protective mask, and place the nose clip on the bridge of the nose. Fix the position of the mask with one hand, and pull the ear strap behind the ear with the other hand. After pulling both ear straps, adjust the ear straps so that they feel as comfortable as possible in contact with the skin. 4. In order to obtain a comfortable fit, hold the nose clip with one hand to fix its position, and pull the lower edge of the protective mask with the other hand to fully unfold the mask and support the chin. Please make sure that the edge of the mask is not folded and fits perfectly with the skin. Please make sure that hair, beard, jewelry and clothing are not sandwiched between the face and the mask, so as not to affect the tightness. 5. Put your fingertips on the nose clip of the protective mask. Starting from the midpoint of the nose clip, press down on the nose clip while moving your fingertips to both sides to make the nose clip form a good fit with the bridge of the nose and the face. Pinching the nose clip with one hand will cause sharp corners of the nose clip, which will reduce the tightness between the mask and the face. Be sure to use your hands. 6. Check the air tightness of the protective mask to check the tightness of the mask and the face. Cover the protective mask gently with both hands, taking care not to affect the position of the mask on the face, and then exhale quickly. If you feel gas leaking from the bridge of your nose, readjust the nose clip according to step 5; if you feel gas leaking from the edge of the mask, please readjust the ear straps. If you cannot get a good fit, do not enter the contaminated area.
